1. Returns Eligibility:

   – You may return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

   – To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging, and in unused condition.

2. Exemptions:

   – We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Defective or Damaged Products:

   – If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team at support@soeskin.com  within 3 days of receiving the product.

   – Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue to expedite the return process.

4. Return Process:

   – To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

     – Contact our customer support team at support@soeskin.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

     – Once you receive the RA number, pack the product securely and include a copy of your original invoice.

     – Clearly mark/write the RA number on the outside of the package.

     – Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

   – You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except for cases of defective or damaged products.

5. Refunds:

   – Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund.

   – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

   – Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Restocking Fee:

   – A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
